Love how helpful the staff are to my sad situation (Air France lost my check-in luggage at CDG Airport in Paris when it should have flown with me to MXP Airport), so the staff was ok with my request on holding on to my lugguage if it ever got delivered to them by Lost & Found Office from MXP Airport. Since I don't have anything (not even clothes to change nor cell phone charger), the staff lent me a plug-in charger so I can at least charge my iPhone 15 LOL I'm forever grateful for the staff lady's kindness! I'm forever Hotel Mentana's fan! I'll definitely comeback in the near future! The bed is firm and comfy, the room is a good size, the shower is a bit small but it's for one person anyway, so it's all good!

The location is excellent, very close to restaurants and shops.. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.. Tried their best to fulfill all our needs.. Also, after checkout, my sister forgot some of her items in the room, they asked us to call the next day and when we called we found out that they kept everything in the safety box at the reception all kept in a nice hotel bag.. Again, the staff were amazing and super friendly! I highly recommend this hotel!

Room was on top floor, rather small but super modern and comfortable and enough for 2 people with carry on luggage. Good size, modern bathroom, lovely rooftop views from the bathroom window. Absolutely loved the breakfast, location in walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Very grateful for letting us check in an hour early after arriving from California on a long flight. That gave us a chance to take a nap and dive right into Milan on the day of arrival.

It's a bit small for one-person, but since everything works well I can overlook the small space LOL Location wise it's walking distance to the galleria + Milan Cathedral, so I can't complain! This hotel is located at a good/safe neighborhood according to my friend who lives in Milan for years...so walking around at night is fine! Again, staff are fantastic and friendly!

The hotel breakfast was fresh and sufficient for the start of the day. The staff at the hotel were just fabulous, polite, friendly and extremely focused on the customer.
